@ Ever had dinner in the middle of hop fields, originally from 1932? Me either... until last night! To be able to experience an in-depth tour of @balebreaker was a delightful sensory overload. Luckily enough, we were able to sit across the table with owners of the brewery at dinner, and had the chance to dive into more fun facts. My heart was instantly warmed, just hearing how family oriented they were, and the passion they behind their craft. I’m pretty obsessed with hops at this point, and feel far more educated. Let’s rewind for a quick moment, shall we? To kick the day of events off, we were picked up from the @wseattle, and loaded into a luxury bus to travel to Yakima. From there, we went to the Bale Breaker brewing area for an informative tour and yummy tasting. Next stop was understanding history of the brewery, enjoying entertainment, sipping signature cocktails, and receiving a customized passport holder. The fun didn’t stop, and we were ushered to the lush hop fields where we were able to pick and smell, and gain more knowledge about the crops. To finalize the hop happiness, we indulged in a family style dinner under the stars, with guided food pairings from the chef. The new Jameson Caskmates Topcutter IPA Edition was carefully crafted from the dynamic duo of Jameson and Bale Breaker... and is one for the books! Truly truly, throughout the years, and having the opportunity to experience exclusive partnership events with @jameson_us ... it has been nothing short of thrilling. My taste buds are continually sent on a rollercoaster ride, and I am never ready for it to end! Round two of fun with Jameson is tonight, and I’m absolutely impatient to see what’s in store! BIG shouts @fearcevillage for allowing me to be part of this.
