@ Popped into new Singaporean restaraunt cum patisserie @singapulah_london featuring Arome patisserie.
I loved my patisserie over the weekend so came back for mains!
I opened with satay iberico pork. This was great as some satay dishes get swamped by the taste of peanuts. Here the sauce nicely hangs in the background to a vibrant meat explosion of char grilled iberico pork.
I then had bak chor mee. This was interesting mixing spice and sour similar to cooking from Xian . I loved how I got little bits of 5 types of meat! If you get this go for the yellow noodles!
I closed with a triumphant chendol. This is probably my pudding of the year. Coconut milk gratina with caramel, pandan and other things I cant remember...get it!
Highs: best satay pork I've had for a while and my fave pudding of the year.
Lows: I had my bak chor mee with ho fun. I think yellow noodle option might be better.
Verdict: 9/10. I'll be back to try the rest of the menu. I also loved the 1 or 2 people seats shown.
Price: meal + cocktail £35.70
@ Quick noodle soup!🍜 i really fancied a quick lunch today so when I was in the supermarket I saw the @nakednoodleuk soup on the shelf I knew it would be a great idea to get it and add some ramen noodles! The whole thing probably only took 5 minutes to make and was so yum! Swipe for the soup🌱
