Miss E chatted me up on Insta June 20 this year. She had seen a Before and After pic I posted and wanted to give the Online fitness training thing a try.

Our #workout plan will kick your butt but bring you results if you're strong enough to stick through. It will take you 30mins max to complete the routine with minimal rest in between. My babe killed it each day! On the days she misses workout, we understand that life happens and we push until she gets back up.
